Troubleshooting email issues, Steps to follow

If for any reason you have issues with your email, please follow this guide.

  1. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
  2. Make use of a Ping Service to check if the domain EMAIL is online
    1. Goto here http://ping.eu/ping/
    2. Enter your mail server settings example: mail.domain.com 
    3. If there is a response, then the server is online
    4. If there is no response, then contact us urgently
  3. If there is a response above and there are still issues, try the following
    1. Switch off your router
    2. Close your email program
    3. Restart your computer
    4. Restart router
